Kelli Small | Director
Kelli is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 20 years’ experience as a finance, risk and governance professional. She brings a natural ability to lead while understanding the value of every role within a team environment. Her background spans local government, mining, SMEs, health and fitness, and public practice.
Her history as a professional basketballer shapes her approach; team-first, strategic, adaptable and driven to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Kelli is passionate about balancing entrepreneurial thinking with strong governance and practical risk management to support the long-term financial sustainability of any organisation; enabling it to achieve its goals and beyond.
Outside the office, Kelli enjoys travelling, exploring new places and sharing life with her family and close friends.

Stacey Hobbins | Director
Stacey is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), with over 16 years’ experience as a Strategic Finance Professional, including extensive experience leading high performing finance teams within the local government industry.
Stacey is passionate about continually improving the way organisations record, analyse and report information and has the technical proficiency to develop and improve systems.

Pauline Igglesden | Consultant Client Solutions
With over 27 years of experience in local government finance, Pauline is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance and a Diploma in Community Services (Financial Counselling). She brings extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and system implementations, including playing a key role in the successful transition from Authority to TechOne's OneCouncil.
Beyond finance, Pauline is a passionate drag racer and has been the owner and driver of the Miss Piggy Drag Racing team for over 30 years. As a strong advocate for women in motorsports, she continues to inspire and empower others in the field.
