Kelli Small | Director
Kelli is a Chartered Accountant (CA), experienced as a finance, risk and governance professional, with a natural ability to lead whilst understanding the role played within any team environment. Kelli has over 16 years’ experience in accounting, finance and business in a range of industries, including but not limited to local government, mining, SMEs, health and fitness, and public practice.
Kelli is passionate about leading the balance between entrepreneurialism, good governance and risk management to ensure the financial sustainability of any organisation; enabling it to achieve its goals and beyond.

Stacey Hobbins | Director
Stacey is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), with over 16 years’ experience as a Strategic Finance Professional, including extensive experience leading high performing finance teams within the local government industry.
Stacey is passionate about continually improving the way organisations record, analyse and report information and has the technical proficiency to develop and improve systems.

Pauline Igglesden | Consultant Client Solutions
With over 27 years of experience in local government finance, Pauline is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance and a Diploma in Community Services (Financial Counselling). She brings extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and system implementations, including playing a key role in the successful transition from Authority to TechOne's OneCouncil.
Beyond finance, Pauline is a passionate drag racer and has been the owner and driver of the Miss Piggy Drag Racing team for over 30 years. As a strong advocate for women in motorsports, she continues to inspire and empower others in the field.
